9.        Human and Quality Resources—Natalie Fatica

A.      Report—Coordinator of Human and Quality Resources

 

1)       Motion to approve the list of High School substitute instructors, as presented.

 

2)       Motion to approve Jodi D’Antonio as a long term substitute instructor in the Health Assistant lab at column A, step 5 with the salary of  $36,308, per the terms of the Professional Unit bargaining agreement, effective August 1, 2006 and payment for 3 extra orientation days at her per diem rate of $196.25.

 

3)       Motion to recommend Kimberly Haupt as food service aide (F-2) effective August 21st, 2006 at the rate of $12.07 per hour, per the Classified Unit bargaining agreement.

 

4)       Motion to hire Becky Rock as a substitute food service aide at the rate of $8.00 per hour beginning on or after August 24, 2006.

 

5)       Motion to approve the change in status of Coordinator of Human and Quality Resources, (Natalie Fatica), from Tier I administrator to Tier II administrator effective July 1, 2006 at the salary of  $56,749.35.

1)       Motion to approve a memorandum of understanding with the Wattsburg Area School District to provide Diversified Occupations programming as a satellite program.

 

2)       Motion to approve the Safety Inspection Mechanic Training Program Agreement of Performance with Department of Transportation, as presented.

 

3)       Motion to adopt the list of textbooks to use beginning with the 2006-07 school year, as presented.

 

4)       Motion to approve the donation of a Dodge Intrepid from Mr. Joseph Spinelli for use in the Automotive Technologies Lab. 

 

5)       Motion to set the tuition rates for 2006-07 school year as follows:

          • Secondary high school students:    $ 8.00 per hour
          • Adults in  secondary program:        $10.00 per hour
          • Alternative Education                        $60.00 per day enrolled

 

6)       Motion to set Food Service prices as follows, effective August 30, 2006:

          • Student breakfast-paid                       $1.25     
          • Student breakfast-reduced                $0.30
          • Student lunch-paid                              $1.75                     
          • Student lunch-reduced                       $0.40
          • Adult breakfast                                    $2.00                     
          • Adult lunch                                           $3.50     

                                            (No changes since 2004-05)

 

7)       Motion to approve the Career Alternative Education Program professional services contract with Sarah A. Reed Children’s Center for 2006-07 in the amount of $581,843
