Thanks for the email!  You were on my list to touch base about the meeting next Thursday.  We have you on the agenda for 5:00 here at ECTS.  Don’t worry about the time you take—it’s important to give the board a good explanation and answer questions they may have.

Dr. Jackson,

 

I just wanted to touch base with you for the June 24^th meeting that myself and Les Brightbill from Harrisburg are scheduled to attend. We should not take too much time because I know you mentioned that there was a board picnic so we will keep it brief. Basically we plan on just introducing ourselves to your board members and giving them the background on what it is the state may be looking to do as far as our eventual relocation. Les will be there to answer questions relative to how the process works with the state. I will be asking the members to query their individual boards and let me know if there is any opposition to a sale.
