Ladies and Gentlemen:

For those districts intending to participate in the transition center, attached is a revised resolution and lease agreement.  Two matters are addressed in the revision:

1)  The cost per district was adjusted to reflect the construction cost of $111,000 versus the first version which indicated $110,000.

2)  After a concern expressed by one district, and concurred by a couple of others, the term of the lease has been extended to three years versus the original lease of one year.

We will present these revisions to the JOC next Thursday for their consideration.
