RESUME
TUTOR
Soon you will be ready to enter
the work world. One critical document needed to begin your job search is a RESUME.
You may be thinking, why do I need a resume? Your resume is often the first
introduction you have with a new employer. Your resume tells the prospective
employer what you have accomplished in the past and what you can do for their
company now. The resumes primary function is to sell your talents and skills to
an employer—clearly, forcefully, and quickly. The employer uses this document
to determine if you might be a good candidate to interview for a position that
they need to fill.
